The consultation lasts 15 minutes followed by 30 minutes hand reflexology treatment. A course of 6 treatments is recommended.
Hand reflexology uses targeted pressure on specific reflex points on the hands to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. This therapy improves circulation, reduces stress, supports organ health and restores balance. Initial treatment includes 15 health & wellbeing consultation.

Julia is an incredibly intuitive and nurturing reflexologist. This was my first treatment and I felt so much healing, support and wisdom through her work on my feet and through my whole system. I will definitely be going back for more treatments. If you want deep healing and whole nervous system regulation I would highly recommend Solestar Reflexology.

I have a few lovely treatments from Julia. I had never had reflexology before and I have found it to be hugely helpful for my issues with sciatica and hip pain on one side. It also massively helps sleep, I sleep really well for a few weeks after. Julia's treatment room and her manner make for a really lovely experience, super relaxing and pampering. Julia has a real gift. She’s incredibly intuitive, but also has an amazing ability to pinpoint exactly where the body may be holding tension or imbalance and help restore the flow of energy.

I loved how she also gives you insight into what she’s finding, so you come away with a little more understanding of your own body and what you can work on moving forward.

The whole treatment was deeply relaxing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tuning forks too. I didn’t have the pleasure of having Rolo join us during my session, but I hear he also plays a very special part! 🐾
